Stinky Baclaran
Everyday, I past to Baclaran from Cavite towards my office. I smell fresh because I just took a bath. But, unexpectedly as you pass by the street of this place your becoming stinky or messy.
The place is so dirty and polluted. A lot of homeless people are there doing their unwanted stuffs. They cook there, waste, take a bath, and everything.

Many of us feared the alzheimer's disease may be because we do not want to lose the memories of our life. Some people make diaries of their life as a remedy that may be someday they will forget those good days. Some make blogs to record their everyday activities.
But what if alzheimer's disease hit you withour any preparation? What will you do?
Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research is the world's largest research team leading the battle for this disease, alzheimer.
Study shows that around five million Americans have alzheimer. This year, about 360,000 new cases was diagnosed. Consequently, hundreds of thousands of people will die from alzheimer this year. By the year 2050, between 11.2 and 16 million Americans will have alzheimer.
The cruelty of Alzheimer’s disease is that it attacks the brain, profoundly altering who we are. It steals from us our most basic functions and fundamental pleasures at the very time when we should be enjoying the fruits of life of our long labor. As our society ages, and more people are affected, the need to hunt down and stop this killer disease in its tracks has never been greater.

Luckiest Day
Feng Shui defines as ancient Chinese skill of keeping a balance of forces in the land or surroundings. In feng shui (Mandarin Chinese words meaning “wind-water”) the land is regarded as living and as reflecting the pattern of heaven, and any development must be in harmony with this pattern.
Number eight (8) is regarded as the luckiest number. According to feng shui, if you say the word (patt) it sounds like "faat" which means "prosperity & abundance". Many of us believe that 8.8.8 (August 8, 2008) is the luckiest day in the calendar, because of the above reasons.
Also, old beliefs say that if number eight is lucky what more if it is tripled? There are other numbers that were considered good and these are 18, 28, 38, 48, 54, 68, 80, 84, 88, 99, 168, and 108. To balance the equation of feng shui, there is number that was considered unlucky; 4 (Sei) the worst number. Why? Because in Cantonese when spoken sounds like the word death. Same with 13 because if you add 1 and 3 that will be equal to 4 as above. 24 and 104 were also considered unlucky.
What if you own a property that has number 4 or 13 on it?
If you own a home or business with a 4 or 13, draw a circle around the number. The circle is extremely powerful and encloses the inauspicious effects of a negative number. Also, if you have time and money pop down to your local hardware store and find one of those ceramic door numbers that you can customize with a circle around the number.
How seriously do we take numbers? I would be over the moon if we found the perfect house with great flying stars and it was 8 or 88. But I would not be put off buying it if it were 4 or 13. I would use the cure as above though or change it to a house name like "rose cottage".
Why not go to the lottery today? Why not place your bids? Invest on a multi-million business? Who knows? This might be the luckiest day of your life.

Too Fat to be Executed
COLUMBUS, Ohio — A death row inmate scheduled for execution in October says he's so fat that Ohio executioners would have trouble finding his veins and that his weight could diminish the effectiveness of one of the lethal injection drugs.
Lawyers for Richard Cooey argue in a federal lawsuit that Cooey had poor veins when he faced execution five years ago and that the problem has been worsened by weight gain.
Cooey, 41, was sentenced to die for raping and murdering two female University of Akron students in 1986. After a federal judge granted Cooey a last-minute reprieve in 2003, Cooey was returned to death row. In April, he lost a challenge to Ohio's lethal injection process when the U.S. Supreme Court said he had missed a deadline to file a lawsuit.
The lawsuit, filed Friday in federal court in Columbus, also says prison officials have had difficulty drawing blood from Cooey for medical procedures. Cooey is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 267 pounds, according to the lawsuit.
Cooey's execution is scheduled for Oct. 14. He would be the first inmate put to death in Ohio since Christopher Newton was executed last year for killing a prison cellmate over their chess games.
It would also be the first execution in Ohio since the end of an unofficial national moratorium on executions that began lV injection procedure.

MRT TxtRide
I know I am late for this one, but as the cliche says: "better be late than never".
Before I am riding on the MRT towards the office, but now i'm riding on a bus. It was by an accident to ride again in the MRT this morning because of that f***ing driver. While i'm in the queue waiting for my turn, I wander around the Taft Station I saw this ads "MRT Ticket Mo Nasa Cellphone Na (MRT Ticket is Now on Your Cellphone....hehehehe)". Yes, it is true! This is another innovation in ticketing service of MRT after G-Pass.
The project was developed by Omniprime Marketing Inc. (OMI) which caters Mobile Solutions for various companies.
MRT TxtRide uses 2D Barcode to swipe into barcode reader. This is will serve as your ticket in the station. As for now, it only caters North to Taft Station and vice versa.
Anyways, this is only applicable in the Philippines.
For more details on this innovation see the image below...

Ludacris Obama Song
Ludacris wrote a song for Obama called "Obama Is Here". Read the lyrics and guess why Obama is distancing himself from this endorsement.
Will give Luda a special pardon if I’m ever in the slammer
Better yet put him in office, make me your vice president
Hillary hated on you, so that bitch is irrelevant
The first black president is destined and it’s meant to be
the threats ain’t fazing us, the nooses or the jokes
so get off your ass, black people, it’s time to get out and vote!
paint the White House black and I’m sure that’s got ‘em terrified
McCain don’t belong in ANY chair unless he’s paralyzed
Yeah I said it cause Bush is mentally handicapped
Ball up all of his speeches and I throw em like candy wrap
cause what you talking I hear nothing even relevant
and you the worst of all 43 presidents
get out and vote or the end will be near
the world is ready for change because Obama is here!
It's catchy, though.
